This is a beautifully golden honey with good clarity and viscosity. It is delicately sweet with a pleasant, lingering flavour, and a sweetness that develops and becomes more intense on the palate.

The honeycomb has a lovely light golden colour, a good structure, not broken up, with a fresh floral aroma. In the mouth the texture of the honeycomb is soft and slowly dissolves, so not much chewing required and you're not left with a chunk of wax in the mouth, which is great!

We were wowed by this honeycomb. It is a beautiful colour, clean, glossy and vibrant honey filling to the brim each individual cell and without the slightest presence of impurities, the aroma of the plant without being overpoweringly floral. It has a lovely, clean mouthfeel and a long lavender finish.

This is a pale, aromatic honey, beautifully golden in tone and wonderfully flavourful for linden. The wax is somewhat chewy, but not too intrusively so. The lemony character of the linden comes through well, right through to a gentle, wax-noted finish. Rather lovely.

A runny golden honey with notes of woody evergreens and the lavender on the nose. The flavour is floral with zest of citrus. A light flavoured honey with very mild lavender taste at the end of the flavour journey. Judges enjoyed the delicate lavender flavour of this silky honey.
